For 150 years, we’ve been making our distinctive and delicious cheddar in an unspoilt corner of rural South West Scotland.
All the milk used in our cheese is 100% British.
Once the cheese is made it is then expertly hand selected by our cheese grater in our creamery in Stranraer Scotland – making sure it fits our award winning signature taste.
